Konica Minolta bizhub 250
Customer complains that machine freezes. All powered up in Ready but no response when selecting anything! Has to turn off power and un-plug. Then it works again for a little while then freezes again

is it just the screen freezes or can you still print? if its the screen try recalibrating the touch screen. if its the screen may need the touch glass under neath. -

When you can print and you can not touch any function on touch screen - you must change touch screen. When you can not print, I think it is a formatter board.Comment

Are there any error recorded on the management list? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's kind of outdated, but it may be RAM failure. On the newer series that was the issue - screen shows image, but is not touchable nor you can print.Comment
