seems he doesn't want to answer that ... I would be wary of sending people files like that... esp IF they claim to be a tech..they SHOULD have access to the portal to download.

We just got this printer second hand as we needed something decent for the small office we're in, but unfortunately the admin password has been changed and the seller isn't sure what it is (it was from a liquidation auction).
