    Konica Minolta Bizhub C253

    Hello

    I have a C253 showing a C0202 error...

    It seemed to be a damaged lift motor, the plastic clips had snapped off the motor assembly allowing the end to fall off...

    The motor has been replaced, but still getting the error...

    I tried swapping the lift sensors between tray 1 and 2, but the fault remains with tray 1... There are, or appear to be no obstructions... certainly no paper jammed anywhere which is the normal cause of this issue....

    Any suggestions?

      Do you get 24vdc to the lift motor when you close the tray? Does the motor run? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Try a trouble reset.
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...

              Tried trouble reset...

              I'll check the voltage at the lift motor... and I can't hear the lift motor.. but that's no guarantee its not running....
