    [Jamming] Document Feeder Jamming Help!!

Hi I have a customer with a Develop / Konica Minolta 224e with a DF-64 which when scanning/copying using the DF it is constantly jamming/stopping about 1cm before fully exiting the paper. This is regardless of whether scanning portrait or landscape, roughly stops the same distance on exit. Have replaced sensors and replaced rollers/pick up etc. The DF will be fine for about a day and then it happens again. Its driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try to initialize ADF with test chart? Stop position and white read?

I haven't as of yet. But I am going back there this afternoon and will do that and let you know. Thank you.

        Jam code?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi blackcat, always 25 jam code. After replacing the 200,000 maintenance set of pick up / separation rollers( 2nd time now) and doing an auto stop with the test chart that service_man suggested the issue has for now disappeared. (Disappeared after doing stop with test chart) then replaced rollers. FIngers crossed that will sort and I wont see that DF for a little while to come!! Thanks to all.
