Konica 601 unable to print from network

I have a Konica 601 that was only showing the hour glass on the the screen. I replaced the OACB with a complete used Board, the copier now works normally but I am unable to print to it. I changed the IP to the correct one and I can ping the address from the computer. The print que after about 5 minutes says the copier is busy. No jobs to print ever show up on the copier screen.
Any suggestions on what could be the issue?

you need to take the print chip off the old pwb.

can you print a cofig page. silly question but did you put the chip in the right slot and turned the right way. the notch can be hard to see

I'm not able to print a config page, yes the chip is lined up notch to notch. I'm not that familiar with Kon/Min equipment, how do you update the firmware?

you do have the IC-208 print controller correct?

It came off the old board so it should be an IC 208

Problem

Printing does not work after installing the IC-208 controller chip. Printing over the network is not possible and the controller Configuration page will not print.

The MFP HDD (HD-510) is not formatted. (bizhub 601/751)
Format the HDD. To format the Hard Disk Drive, perform the following:
a. Enter the Service mode.
b. Select State Confirmation.
c. Select Memory/HDD Adjustment.
d. Select HDD Format.
e. Select All and press the Yes button.
f. Wait until the machine indicates that formatting is completed and turn the main power OFF.
Note: Make sure IC-208 is installed in the lower socket with the notch to the left, when standing behind the unit.
