The machine is a new install, 4 days old, and from the first day both of the trays have an issue with the trays holding the size. They will flip from letter to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2. I notice the new way Konica detects paper size and it looks sloppy with a lot of play in those sliding blocks. Is this a big issue on these? Anyone have a solution?
