What is the lowest CPC rate you have heard of on Bizhub Press BW?

I am getting conflicting numbers. Some say $0.003 some say $0.005

The CPC of the machine will get higher with age. It starts of really low.

When I was originally getting my inspection done I was told brand new machines can go for $0.00125. They are quoting me $0.008 on a Minolta Pro 1200. I currently pay $0.012 on my C6000 for black.

I want to start printing closer to 200,000 pages a month but looking for ways to find lower my CPC.

the c6000 is not even the same ballpark for costs even blk. .005 in normal on new machines. if its used and the machine has millions then the rate starts higher. if the volume is high enough the rate can come down.

I am running light stocks, 6x9" paper. My covers are 10-12pt.

Not in Africa. That was only to get a good response as to what the machine needed it going to be used for.
If the work loads is growing or needs to take a real punch and the paper needs to be nice and flat with no waves to make for good looking books.
If you put a stacker with a spare trolley on a Press 1250 it makes life making books using offline binding bearable.

Not on the same continent but with here the agreement would be 0.004 on a new machine that would be more like 60K.
Its a machine that has done a respectable amount of work and the rate would be that high to eliminate some risk.
