    BHC 224 locked logo konica minolta

    I have a BH C224 that is locked on the Konica Minolta logo screen, does anyone have any suggestions? Does this work with the NVRAM reset works again?

      You've probably tried this but first thing I would do is see if it will accept a firmware update USB.

          Does not accept..
          The machine was normal after turning it off and on, she stayed that way.

                  reset tool should only be used for board replacement and a few other things. it was not designed the way half the guys use it here. what bar is it hangging. that will tell you what might be wrong. did you try it with the hdd unplugged
