C554 Strange Fax Problem

This one's an oddball, if someone goes to fax and doesn't hit reset before doing something else or even printing (apparently) it will send the fax to the destination and then if someone copies right away it'll send that too. If someone hits print right away that will also go to the same destination somehow. That said if someone hits the reset button right after sending the fax, the problem doesnt occur... It seems like an obsure type of job build function, Ive checked the user manual but its not very clear...

Any insight would be appreciated!

Make sure separate scan is off.
You can try selecting factory default under fax/scan in admin mode.
