Key Counter On Bizhub 283

Hi everyone,
i just connect a Coin mechine to Bizhub 283.
i configure it to "Keycounter only" My problem is in the next situation:
if i have credit to copy only 5 pages and i try to print 6. the mechine pulls out 5 pages and Sticking the sixth page with "Paper Jam" Error.
I would love to get suggestions to deal with the issue if it is possible.

you need to adjust the time out on the coin machine.

Key counter I/F vendor is the setting used with a coin box connected to the key counter.

what happens if you just select vender 2 bottom right instead.
for nothing else just to give it a shot.

The mechine layouts all the pages and then close.
if i have crdedit for 5 and i do 7 the mechine print all the 7

Vendor 2 works with a specific interface only. "Key counter I/F vendor" should work correctly. What happens if you use that setting only.


NOTE:If that doesn't work, set dip sw 35 - 0 Stop print operation when key counter is removed.
0x00 - Stop print operation immediately [default]
0x01 -Stop print operation after paper inside the machine is ejected.
