Biz C224e, DF-701 ADF issue when scanning

Please see attached pic. This is the "dual scan" ADF not the DF-624 regular ADF.

Has lines on both sides only when scanning with ADF. Internal test pages and copies look fine.

When I first got there is was doing it on copies & scanning through ADF. I adjusted the horiz adj screw on the right hinge and copies looked fine. Had customer try scan and lines still there, a little better but still there.

Tried changing edge erase settings, etc. but didn't work.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

    Do the ADF zoom adjustments.

Thank you sir! I was thinking it looked either slightly zoomed in or out.

I think I would take it a step further: the full image adjustments:

        Print ratio main-scan and sub-scan
        Print centering main-scan and sub-scan

        Scanner ratio main-scan and sub-scan
        Scanner centering main-scan and sub-scan
        Scanner voids

        ADF ratio sub-scan
        ADF centering main-scan and sub-scan

I usually find that none of those adjustments are perfect. and if you start at the wrong point you end up repeating the same adjustment ... repeatedly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try doing the mixed original size adjustment too. I remember a tech bulletin mentioning copies being shrunk if this adjustment was not done.
