Bizhub c 360 no display

Good day guys i have this machine that has no display only the blue color led light and orange start button appear on the control panel. I try to clean the ram and replace it but never change. Any one incounter this can help me what i have to do next.please.

Try updating firmware. Also could be bad NVRAM.

When you turn ON the machine (main power and sub power) does the machine warm up normaly?
Can you print?

I had only one problem like this and after replacing DVI cable it was all normal again.
Also you can try switch control panel from another machine. It's easy.

Hi guys this machine dosnt boot up or warm up. I try to replace the ram. Butit dosn't work.

Re-flash the machine.

good day guys just an update to this problem i replace the prcb still no good then replace mfp board with the new ram. still doesnt boot up. only orange color on start button turns on.

White cable that runs from machine to the display panel

just plug it in directly between the panel and mfp external socket to test if its the problem. If it doesnt work you just saved a hell of a lot of work for nothing.

Could be.

If you have time you can take both apart to check if there's any differences.

I only know that coltrol panels from c360 series and 423 series are not entirely same, but that doesn't mean that they don't work on different model.

I think that you can do no harm if you try panel of 451 on c360. The worst thing it can happen is that panel would not work properly, or hang up.

On the other hand they might be excatly the same. You can check part number in both manuals if they match.
