no display C 6501

    no display C 6501

    hi all.
    C 6501 display dose not light up but the power indicator glows in green. i have checked the control panel it is working in another machine! even the connectors looks good. any suggestions to locate the problem?

      this may sound stupid but the sub-power switch is on right?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          yes the sub-power switch is ON!

              there are 2 power supplies in the back on the bottom.
              the one behind has some soldered in fuses. check them. had a c6000 with the same symptom until i soldered another fuse in.
              you didnt say if the machine was running or not, just the display is blank. my machine did not run although the power led was green as well.

                  The display is blank and the machine dose not run the power led is green.
