    [Error Code] bizhub pro 951

    Hi,

I recently join this company, they have a b951 with these two errors, c-c2211 and c-c136.
The fella replaced the printer controller board and did firmware.
    However the code persist.

The c-c2211 is definitely the intermediate toner hopper motor as we swapped it to check on another and it produced the same code on another machine.

    Any help will appreciated.

    Thanx

    I must not understand correctly.

You swapped the toner hopper to another machine and the problem moved, yes? If yes, I think we can safely assume that the problem is in toner hopper assembly. So the question is ... what? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

i think you are asking for c-c136 code right?
did your fella try to reinstall firmware for both oacb and icb ? i1 and p firmwares should be reinstalled.. if not .. you will have to replace both boards. and also check the wiring between the boards ...

      best of luck
