I've got few low meter machines from military base account that have public user access "ON(Without Login)" but also looks like had PKI card access devices on them and when switched on copier is trying to connect to server. In results I can't print to it - any job I send from computer over network get's deleted due to an error - "Login error". In short - does anybody know how to uninstall this PKI card system? Do not go thru full blown explanation on this forum - just point to a page in SM or dip switch setting number. TIA.

I think that one was a firmware install. you may need to reflash it. -

the cheat if i remember is in IP filtering, you enable the entire local IP range and allow print without authentication.
not a true fix but should get them printing at least while you get more information.
