I was googling for it since a few days with no reliable results so I placed thread on this forum. If Your only suggestion is to google than save it for Yourself. I am looking for some serious advices not "teenager" boast.
If You are so smart than tell me how to enter service mode without admin password.

Thank You for quick response but there is one problem. I live in different country and I got different search results.
Is this what i need: Konica Minolta Bizhub C450 - Admin password locked ??

Are you a tech or end user? Perhaps the other poster was upset because most techs don't give that type of information out on public forum. The main reason is to protect the end user from damaging their machine with changing the wrong setting, etc in service mode. Also could turn off different billing counters,etc which would hurt the service company. Hope you understand.

With that being said if you are a tech PM me and I will send you the instructions to enter service mode.

That don't work for c454. I have tried it last work. Hopefully i have found solution. But thank you for tryin.

I think yo are not copier technician, either end user or just supplier for the customer in some other area ( Computers, stationery etc or other office services)
SO please quote why you want to enter in service mode, what is the problem with the machine? If you put it across MAY be this forum will help, even though you are not copier tech????

I am not copier technician but I am responsible for all Electronic devices in my workplace. I needed service mode to erase administrator password from my copy machine (previous administrator was fired and didn't pass me the password).

I have already solved my problem.
