    FS 536 in place of FS 534

    Everyone has the right to be stupid. Some people just abuse this privelage more than others

    It won't work. Even though they look entirely indistinguishable, our delivery guy accidentally swapped these finishers on a two machine installation. Neither finisher worked. Probably a firmware issue. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        I know I shouldn't say this but we haven't had many issues with the FS-534 might have 30 in the field. Have I just been lucky?

          Oh, just the usual 72-17, 72-19, 72-21 jams. They are solved by the regulating plate mod, and/or the new style eject section. =^..^=
