biz hub 750: new fuser rollers.... not quite fusing! lamps okay

Both upper and lower fusing rollers replaced. The image is not quite fusing (will rub off with effort). Previous rollers fused the image okay but worn in a few spots picking up toner. Fusing lamps in both rollers working. Do the universal generic rollers available (for 600, 601, 750, 751, etc) work okay?

Is the green release lever broken? Than can cause the rollers to have little pressure and cause a badly fused image.
Yes 3de party rollers i used worked fine.

3de party toner on the other hand could cause the fusing issue.
