[Jamming] bizhub362 adf wont pull

I have a bizhub362/df620 that does not pull from document tray reliably. I have cleaned and lubed feed clutches,cleaned rollers still will not always pull.
any ideas?

In the main drive there is a one-way gear that starts to slip. I have sometimes been lucky enough to just get some alcohol on it and have it work. Otherwise you will need to get that gear off and clean it. Also clean and scuff the shaft it runs on.
You need to take the rear cover off to get at this one-way gear.

with the work involved just replace it.
