This is what you want to check:
FS-533 "Remove paper from finisher tray"

It's not necessary to disassemble the finisher, but you must flex the bottom plate to get the "weight" back in position. Read the attached post carefully. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Do I even need the finisher if it doesn't have the stitcher or punch kit, I just have a thin metal plate where there appears to be stuff in any diagrams that I see. I really just want to take the whole thing off since I don't think we're really using it anymore if ever. Can you point me to an uninstall guide of some kind? I can see the brackets and stuff that are used to attach the finisher (F-534) but I just want to be sure that I do things correctly. Also, I just want to add that we had a service person here already to attempt to fix this issue and I guess that person didn't do anything, we don't have the caliber of copier pro's that are on this forum in our area
