What Does it means?
R U Tech? Or End User?
With all respect & love for the hard work BUT
I think we are crossing the border of End User & Tech. May be so many tech who spend lot of time energy & money lost opportunity because we just give solution on net without thinking. This forum is suppose to do what?
we are here to share ideas and to help fellow techs out with their problem machines.
I fully agree with you sir.
Tech should post problems in detail, like what is observed on / off machine, what actions carried out etc etc.
This makes easy for all of us to suggest more accurate / close solution.
I am sorry if I hurt basic purpose of this forum which I do not intent to do at all.
My only point was even tech just throws problem codes or statements like end user and expect solutions, which is wrong.

thanks for all, sorry i should explain the error in details sorry for this time, on the other hand i'm certified from Konica Minolta,
code is fusing roller failure to run code"Rank A" problem has been solved after replacing heating roller rotation sensor /1(PS56)and/2(PS57).
my reply take time because i repairing myself for ricoh Pro L4160 installation.
