    Hey fellas, I want to firmware bizhub 754e, in the menu there is an option named Machine Type what hex should i enter in the field?
    The firmware version is A55V0Y0-F000-G20-M0 and when the process complete the machine comes up the code C-9401
    any help would be appreciated and Thanks in advance

      What does the service manual says about that code?

          Machine type has absolutely nothing to do with upgrading firmware machine type is only to be used when particular boards are changed and the boards have no idea of their country of destination I would just leave it alone
          We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
          The medication helps though...

                  serial number
                  A55V= 20 a5yn=21
