      backup the address book in pagescope and initialize the copier
      reinstall movie data import the address book.
      thats one way.
      set the print jobs to spool to HDD. if no HDD theres your memory issue likely.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          do you mean when scanning or printing. if scanning then you need to set to "compact pdf"
