    Konica C284 scanning issues

    Hi all

    So we have a client who uses the separate scan feature when scanning large batches to USB.

    They claim that 'occasionally' the separate scan feature does not work meaning when they choose separate scan, the first batch goes through and completes the job?

    I was thinking maybe a USB stick or hard drive issue?

    First step is to ensure the firmware is the most recent?

    Next then yes I would blame the USB pen these are not designed for large volumes of scanning.

    If the customer is doing a lot of scanning why not set them up a shared folder so they can scan to their PC etc?

      Try scan to user box and then copy data to usb.

      Sent from portable device using fast cheapset!
