Here is our dilemma, we are a Muratec dealer and we recently took on several KM to service.
We have a few that need firmware updates.
Well on Muratec's website I can get the firmware for all the "e" model machines but not the non "e" machines.
When we call Muratec for support they tell us they cannot help.
Any ideas where I can get non "e" KM firmware?

How do I access that through the KM website?
Don't I need a log in?
I can access drivers, but I don't see firmware.

you have to be a KM dealer to gain access to the technical part of their site.
or contribute some money to this site and ill give you a link(s)
just an offer. i get nothing out of it either way.

It's a great site, it has helped out a great deal.
We are mostly a Large format company (KIPs, Canon ipfs)
We are just getting are feet wet in the Muratec/KM market.

Any chance you can get me versions GB0-A9 and GB2-K5?
it is to fix a specific scan error.

1. NON-4e "Version Up firmware for MIF devices" is required to support SHA2. (bizhub C224/C284/C364/C454/C554/C654/C754)

I hava Konica Minolta Bizhub C454 with ROM Version:

According to this MOBILEPRINT Brochure https://www.mykonicaminolta.com/wps/...53ad41-m0NOmAg my device supports mobile printing but my Android Konica Minolta Print Service app cannot find it.

I guess i need a firmware update which i found out it can be downloaded from https://www.mykonicaminolta.com

Problem is i don't have an account there.

So is there anyone available to help me with the right firmware update for my device?
