Bizhub Pro 951 ADU Unit won't come out

    Hello

I have a Bizhub Pro 951 that started with a paper jam. When the customer tried to remove the jam following instructions on the screen the green handle that is used to pull out the adu broke. I have tried to turn the shaft with no luck. I also tried getting to the area from the rear of the machine and hit a wall. Has anyone have any suggestions. All help would be appreciated Thank you in advance.

The customer broke the handle trying to remove the jam. I am not able to turn the handle the shaft seems to be stuck. Is there a trick to get it to release?

If it gets really bent up you'll have to do major disassembly of the front of the drawer to reform the latching lock mechanism. I've also seen an enduser shear off the screw for the locking cam in the rear. Maybe I just got lucky, but it only dropped down into the bottom of the machine. I was able to spin out the threaded stub with a small bit and drill, laying under the drawer. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Had that last week. Was not so lucky, had to cut groove in the shaft to turn it with a flat.

Nice work! That's second choice. With the head broken off, the threaded stub isn't tight. I just needs some encouragement. =^..^=

left handed drill bits are the tits for this!
otherwise i carry a file and grind a slot. i really should get a dremmel.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                    The medication helps though...

a Dremmel would be a most useful tool.
