Hi everybody, I'm new member I'm not a tecbnician thank you if you can help me to resolve this problem in relation with the imaging unit. Recently, I have dowloaded the movie data and tried to install it in my copier bizhb c452. then I have the cd390 code which finaly the have been reboted and the problem was revolved finally I have got an other problem concerning the copy one time there is lines in blue color and other in red could you help me resole this. thank you and execuse me for my english
