C2650 code on Bizhub C364

We have this code on a C364. All of the units in the machine have been reset, as if they have been changed, but they have not.
So far the SSD and MFP boards have been replaced, but no luck.
Has anyone seen this issue before?

when you replaced the SSD, did you do an engine data backup first?
then restore upon installation?
was the machine type code entered on the new SSD?

We had this code on a C452 a few years ago. After contacting KM and performed all the suggested actions they sent us a small board that was not listed in either the service manual or the parts list.
I don't know if it's the same in a C364.

One of the after market reset chips not doing its thing?
Unplug all dev tanks and remove all drums?

Thanks for the replies. It ended up being a bad printer driver board. We don't use any aftermarket stuff or chip resetters, but I have heard of problems like this from people who do.

Glad you got it working. Thanks for posting the solution in case anyone ever gets that code.

When reading your post fast I thought the same as allan when you posted "All of the units in the machine have been reset". After reading it again I now know what you meant that all the consumable counts reset on their own.
