I had one DR512 CMY drum at 35% life left that sucked out cyan developer. Burned charge corona and matted drum surface at 4 places, 2 at front 2 at back. Transfer belt burned at same spots, black drum matted also but much less. Black drum charged corona not burned - life 65% left.

All OEM parts and toners. Everything inside manufacturer's life.

Has anyone experienced this developer sucking on 8 series yet?
Since there's no charge corona, is a charge roller a solution to this issue?

We are experiencing toner sticking to the drum surface around 50% of life and we also are getting white lines caused by toner getting stuck on the charge roller.

Is anyone else getting these problems ?

            I have recently replaced in a bizhub 458 (DR-313K).

The manual indicates the replacement every 155,000 copies. The printer started making bad copies at 140,000 (horizontally).

The printer warned me in advance with the monitoring software (first call). The MFP did not alert the customer to the screen. (I guess because there are still 140,000 copies).
