[Misc] Konica C452 scan/fax not showing up

This occurred after doing an all clear .

Not sure what got disabled . The button just beeps . The fax board is "set" .

Greatly appreciate the assistance

System setting forward to page 2 register key setting hard key Key 1= Fax_Scan.......check these settings ok

System setting under Administration page 2 I do not see Register Key .
System setting (1) in service mode I do not see page 2
System setting (2 ) page 2 , I do not see Register

I'm with the above. It needs to know that it has a Hard Drive to allow these functions and full reset usually sets this to off

Thank You very much that was it.
One other question . The unit had the old vendors logo pop up . I deleted that info but now I am getting a message on the unit that says " no animation guide available. Thankfully It does not effect any functionality. How do I get rid of that message ? I can not find where in the unit I deleted the panel file

"No Animation Guide" means the Movie Data file is missing. It needs to be re-flashed.

I believe you can just get the missing firmware. Don't have to install it all. Usually you can only get it from a dealer.

It's a movie data file. It's separate from the firmware

firmware and movie data are 2 different files.
and loaded 2 different ways.

Can I upload the Data Music file from another unit ?
The unit has one other anomaly when printing 4 up it sometimes will shrink one of the images to postage stamp size ( see attached) C452.pdf
According to the end user this was one file but only the first page did this and after two tries it corrected itself .
