    bizhub C33851fs

While the machine is pushing a set of papers to the exit tray, the next one is coming in. Sometimes, it doesn't stack correctly or causes a jam. Anyone see this before?

Most likely damp paper causing this issue especially if the prints come out a bit curly.

Now this machine won't even run 1 sheet. It jams right at the exit. Any ideas on this?

try stapling. if it works then i would be looking at things that could slow down paper travel, eg motors clutches gummed up bushings.

Turns out it was a couple of problems

              Exit actuator was broke.
Rails in finisher were bone dry causing the guides to struggle to move.
              Only 21k on this machine.

same problem here, dry rails causing finisher to slow. I am trying plus guard on one and dry surf on another. either way lub is the fix.

Yep. Lubing the rails is the fix. Just had another one start that. Lubed the rails and started working again. Going to be part of the regular maintenance on this machine
