[Misc] Konica Minolta C 280 Address Book doesn't show up

Konica Minolta C 280 Address Book doesn't show users and also in Direct input email icon is missing.

Formatted all the destinations and registered the new users but still doesn't show up.

Please advise Thanks

Check the HDD, is it uninstalled?

If its scan to email it could be that SMTP is not set to on.
Does it show the scan registrations in PSWC?

Yes it shows scan registrations in PSWC and HDD is installed.

There is an obscure setting called scan to authorized folders. If this is on, the only thing that is displayed in the scan screen is Fax numbers. This setting works with AD and SMB scanning to only allow scan to mail and home if these are attributes in AD. If you have any form of authentication set to on, you may also want to check what permissions are set for the logged in and public users. Emujo

Agreeded. Physically installed and turned on in service mode are 2 separate things

Ive lost scan features after doing initialize all as it had HDD set to npt installed even thought its physically installed.

Not insulting your intel OP but if we gloss over this we may be chasing our tail if this ends up being the fault

You can register users, but they don't show up in the address book and direct input option is missing...How is firmware going to resolve this?? This is a admin setting that has been turned on. If you really can't take the time to find the cause, a factory reset will help more than firmware. At least the admin settings will be returned to their default values. Emujo

I have had cases where the firmware was corrupt and stuff does not show up.
Try to initialise network settings?

Need to verify HDD is set to installed as well as that's where the address book is stired.
