Konica Minolta Bizhub C284 Service mode

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C284 which I can bring up service mode but can not access service mode I've tried 9272 9272 9272 9272. I tried it as above i tried it as 9272 9272 only. Ive tried all codes. The code has been changed. I was then told to do a firmware update that it will bring the service mode code back to default, tried that with no success. Any help will be appreciated.

there is a reset firmware tool you could use. it is use to reset a board that is not been cleaned and you need to use that pwb
