    Bizhub C550 color problem

    Dear All,
    I have a problem with my C550 machine, as you can see in the sample page the machine print too much green, I have already changed imaging unit, transfert belt, laser unit but no change, does anybody send any suggestion. Thank you very much in advance.page1.jpg

      have youi done the inialize and reset the gradation.

          Yes, I have changed everything without any good result (transfert belt, laser unit, HV1, HV2, etc). The problem still persist, does anybody have a suggestion?

                  you have too much CYAN ..not green. Y & C = G.

                  look at the dispensing ratios

                      I think Phil is on it. What have you done with the Imaging units???

                          gradation adjust is not PARTS but a service mode function. replacing parts should be done AFTER calibrations/adjustments have failed.

                              So you're not even going to look at the consumables, like imaging units? In addition to cyan massively overtoning, magenta is massively undertoning. You must have been talking to the hotline: "Oh yeah, it's got to be a board..."

                              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                                  Hi all,
                                  I would like to mention that I am a field engineer so the first thing I have done was to change the IU. When I say green I understand that Green is mix of Cyan and Yellow. So any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks all

                                      Can you share level history1 and Table No. data.
                                      Can you tell briefly describe history of what happened?
