Bizhub 454e Error C-E004

    Bizhub 454e Error C-E004

    Hi guys,
    This machine came to me, a along and agonizing history attached with the machine, somebody was talking about a mouse some posts back.
    Anyways. The machine got ready, if go into service mode it gives away E004, say after about 3 mins or so, if stay on copy screen it gives message "An internal error occurred and will be restart"....
    Any thoughts about that....

          Hi guys,
          Got that E004 issue, solved it...
          FYI
          The machine give away E004 after about 2 mins.
          Noticed that the machine kept saying Preparing Scan/Box after some while it gives away code and in the admin settings NEtwork never shoed up and I was curious about that.
          I formatted HDD to no avail.
          Then did an NVRAM reset and reloaded FW.
          Tadaa machine is working now without error.
          But one thing noticed later, its not entering service setup..utility-counter-keypad S00S01 but nothing happens...
          any suggestions or I have to dig in again...

              Ok, the machine entered into service mode, s00s01, what I noted is that that the panel and touch screen respond a bit slow than normal..
              Any thoughts..

                  I'd change the HDD. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
