    KM6500 Drawer 4 &5 How to open with no Power?

    Hi my km6500 is coding and I want take the paper out of Draw 4 & 5. How can I open the draws with the Power off? Is There a Release switch somewhere?

      there is open small door next to tray and find small hole. flip the release. its in the manual

          Just watch when inserting finger through 1" round guillotine. Those punched holes in the frame can be very sharp. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
