I just got a Buzhub c364 and it came without the software I can't find the print drivers on the web site am I doing something wrong.

Google "konica minolta drivers" and it's the very first link, then just search your product on the left using the drop-down menus.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

FYI--the C364 driver is mixed in with the C364e model/family..You would install the C364e driver, then when you "get config" the driver will show C364/C364e. EmujoComment
