C3070L trailing edge voiding on heaviest stock.

Voiding on trail edge only, have adjusted everything regarding 2nd transfer that I know of, thoughts? Ideas? Still pretty much a brand new machine. Could I have missed something obvious?

    Any help appreciated!

    Regards!

Is this "heaviest stock" actually too heavy stock? It might be useful to know what gsm, what surface, de-curl settings, what media settings ... etc.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        IN GENERAL:

Media that is not within machine specs, not set to the correct media settings or correct decurl settings will pull away from the transfer belt before transfer is finished. Confirm that the media is less than 300gsm, set to the correct media settings and de-curled so it exits flat.

Keep in mind that not all media less than 300gsm is suitable, or can be decurled to flat. =^..^=
