I was wondering if i can use any developer in bizhub 458/454 developer tank which may work perfectly? Is there any developer of KM copier which is compatible with these models? I do not want to change DV tank?
Have used DV411 before and it works but is a bit coarse for them otherwise DV116 is fine but think its the same thing. Aftermarket C360K developer should work well just get your weight right.
Replace the chip or the ICP.

Top tip* Save old DV units you can use the developer to top up failing ones. I started doing this on the C452/C552 works a treat.
However the 8 series being a new model personally i'd not mess around with it & fit a new DV unit also the image units don't seen to last as long as the previous 4 series.

Thank you very much for your tip. Saving the old DV tanks was already in my mind but currently i do not have one. So that's why i was looking for an alternate fix.
The DV416 is the Bizhub 423 has a duration of121,000 copies. And it has 300 gr.
The DV116 is from the Bizhub 164_165_185_215, has a duration of 55,000 copies. And it has 200 gr.
The DV619k bizhub C658 / C558 / C458, 558/458 has a duration of 600.00 copies
If you haven't made your money back on a dev unit after over 600k pages, there is something wrong with your service contract. If it is one that has failed early KonMin has their YPP program. Just my two cents I'm not trying to offend anyone.

DV411 is for bizhub 423.
DV619K is developing unit not Developer.
My experience, I poured developer from DV tank of bizhub 287/367 into 458. Its working perfectly. Print is more dense and high contrast.
So, what you saved in developer is costing you in toner. Lol
If machine is consuming more toner then there should be more toner in DV tank, but when i look in level history, Toner ratio /toner level is 6.3 which is normal according to service manual.
I think print is more contrast because of change of Developer type. Its the developer of 367 and i am using it in 458.
Ooo ok now i get it. So say the dev you add has a TC ratio of 10% and you initialize it it will read and determine that it is 6.5%. The factory premix is at 6.5 so the machine will calibrate against that. So machine read 6.5% but in reality its 10%. You could use more toner my apologies.
