There is a special firmware dealing with "Papercut" issues.

Hi mo0651. Do you have any update on the performance of this new firmware? Can you pass me the firmware version or any details on it so I can go through my UK channels to source.

The version of Papercut on one site is 18.3.6 and not listed in your link. Do you have access to firmware version for that level of Papercut release?

rumormill has it there is new firmware very early august that addresses a ton of papercut issues.

New FWs /GG7-W5/GG7-W4/ depending on model were released to deal with FA14 (detail code: 0x9020) that occurs when working with PaperCut.

it's 3 weeks late from what I was told but I suppose they had to test it some more but we had good results from the bete.
Just an FYI to the readers, this is special firmware to be used only when running papercut and getting the code.
It should not be used as a base firmware or on machines not running papercut.

When you download firmware it's linked under it.

If you don't have legit KM access you probably shouldn't be using special firmware as you will get no support from KM if things turn bad.

GC7-W5 I can report on our devices is running great without issue. We are doing weekly sweeps of sites and no reported issues.

Good afternoon people. Sorry for going back to a dead topic. I have C-FA14 when I enable the HDD. Konica's bulletin says about GG6-R9 firmware.
Any friends for PM?


I installed the W5, but fixes the FA14 for another reason. I can't find GG6-R9.
