How many total prints on these machines?
Have you tried the manual registration program? At least have a look at the prints from that program to see if thing are really off.

    Just a thought

    DR
    Total counter - 1,500K
    Kit 200K - 60k (43%)
    Drum's - 60K (45%)
    Developer's -60K (45%)
    Charge Coronas - 60K (72%)

Ran the Color Registration Manual and finished OK.

Although, I believe this setting is for copying only.
In this case, the client is only printing. Do not copy.

On the C6500P, this setting is not available.

I have had to use the "Recall standard Data" from time to time also.
Please keep us informed. I still have a couple of these out there also.

        Okay. Notice when you solve.

In fact, the plates were all changed.
        OACB-IPB-PRCB-DCPS1-DCPS2- IC Unit- Firmware.

I also mounted these same parts on another C6500, to discard possibilities of some wire or connector.

It's going to be difficult, but I'm going to try to convince the customer to change the 100k, 200k, drums and developers kit.

        Any news, notice here.

        Thank you all.

Good morning everyone. I will close this request for help. The customer decided to change equipment after requesting the PM kits.

Thank you all for your help. This forum is awesome!

Hopefully you didn't get stuck with an armload of obsolete parts. But its a good thing to get that old beast out of the field. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
