I am getting a code c-2811 when I try to run the service setup for a new rum and developer. When I try and run the step Charge Potential adjustment in faults out with Error 3 and then throws the code. I have changed the Charge wires, Cleaning blades, TPS sensor and the DPS sensor .Nothing The machine will come on but when you try to print the pages are blank. Ant suggestions?

blow out your aidc/potential sensors around the drum. probably toner blocking the lens.
Drum potential sensor
(DPS) data abnormality.
While in the drum potential
correction, no
convergence is obtained
even after correction is
made more than 10 times.
When this condition is
detected 5 times in
succession, the error code
is displayed.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Is the drum rotating?
I had AC power cause this on a 950. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
