Konika Minolta Bizhub C220 reg issues

    [Misc] Konika Minolta Bizhub C220 reg issues

    Hi all

    i am having issues with a client with a Bizhub c200 , the print certificates on thick paper 330gms and recently they have issues with the image skewing obviously using the bypass , normal 80gms is fine registration is 100% anything above 80gms "skews" i have replaced the registration roller and bypass feed rollers but still have the issue

    any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated

          It doesn't matter if it's a bizhub C200 or a bizhub C220 ... neither will print 330gsm media. I really hope it isn't a bizhub C200. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              sorry 300gms not 330gms
