    Can you please give me info or quote here the procedure to check for the issue. I dont have access to konica service site, and really would like to know how to avoid belt replacement on a low counter but 2017 produced AccurioPrint 2060l.

        Just FYI:
        A newly designed fusing roller/1 (p/n A9VE720300) has been released.
        Check tech bulletin for judgement if machine needs new one.

            Honestly try the countermeasure its not a big deal,its cheap its easy to install.
            Frankly im pretty sure the problem origins from the soft roller(the pink one)from the fusing belt assy.
            In any case try the countermeasure and let us know how it fairs.

                    After replace with new fusing roller/1 (p/n A9VE720300）, the fusing belt still shift to maintenance side ..any advice ?thank you

                        Have you looked at any of the previous posts in this thread? =^..^=
                        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                            Yes , because this new fusing roller/1 (p/n A9VE720300）without spacer is solve the fusing belt shifting .So mean this new fusing roller also cant work ! Need to put back the spacer ?
