C558 Tray 3 jam and noise

Hi guys,

I have a C558 that sometimes jam on tray 3, and strange noise while feeding on that tray.
I tried to replace the rollers, one way bearings and driving motor of that tray however the issue still stay.
Any suggestions for this case?

Paper size?
Paper orientation?
Is it an LCT or universal tray?

I had one that the shaft that the DFPV roller sits on was actually bent slightly

It's A4 crosswise , and there is PC-215 ( 4 universal trays ).

You said the shaft of double feed prevention roller, is A161-5634-00?

I tried to exchanged the gears unit with tray 4, the problem seems be solved !
