I got a service call to do scanning setup on Konica minolta BIzhub C353
Everything is working, copy quality is fine printing is OK. but..
Trying to get into the copier's webpage . It is blank !!!
I'm using a computer with admin rights plus it is printing from and there is no other MFP in the network,
also is doing the same with my service laptop connected to the copier ( No trough the network )
This is what I did:
reinstalled drivers (Konica minolta)
Pinging response is fast (from my laptop an customer PC)
My gateway and subnet mask match the copier settings
firewall settings works installing other copiers
Connected my laptop at the LAN port that are using for the copier and works fine.
Pinging other computers works fine
Not sure if it is a firmware, hardware or windows update issue
Any help is welcome
