    [CQ] C654e cyan background

    Hi
    I have a C654e with cyan background on all colour prints config page ok
    have replaced all image units and checked HV connectors
    anyone had similar

      If you did indeed replace those Image units with new oem units......then unfortunately you might have an issue with the mfp board or PH unit.

          I'm going to guess that you've got a shorting cyan developing unit, knocking out the cyan primary charge. I believe that this machine uses color imaging units, so you'll get everything you need with: IU-711C A2X2-0KD.

          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
