This machine has 10,000 copies on it. When it was installed it looked fine, now all colors are washed out. I tried a K drum and an HV Bd but neither helped. Gradation Adjust hasn't made any difference. Has anyone seen anything like this?

I'm sure I must have missed something, what's wrong with the image? Looks ok except some highlights like 10 and 5%.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

Looks like all colors are faded a bit. I'm curious why you choose to change K drum?
Did you check voltages and sensor readings in SM, anything outside normal range?

Print another and put back in tray and print another on the back side.
If it's a better saturation then you probably have humid paper.
Run a couple toner add cyxcles,
Background data Reset and stabilize, run all gradations 3 times each and recheck.
