    Minolta Bizhub C220 paralell small near lines

    Hi

    I have a minolta bizhub c220, recently, have appeared an issue with small paralell lines. Lines have the same direction that paper feed. It seems an small roll making this.

    What piece can be the cause ?

    Distance between lines is 28- 30 mm

      What is distance between lines?
      Make test prints from service mode with only one color (one by one) CMYK and check is there lines on all colors or on some specific color.

          If I'm seeing the color correctly as magenta then you need the Magenta drum or developer unit. More likely drum.

              If it's in the feed direction, you'll probably need to change a drum unit. To tell which one, print the 11% fill pages, and determine which color is the source:
