    biz223

Copier had light copies and one line on image. I replaced developer, drum, blade , executed all programs and image was ok.
After 3 weeks customer told me that the light image came back. Any idea?

good morning. I delete the counters of the developer, drum and then execute the adjustment of the drum and developer.

If you go into user management and add toner (think that where it was with biz250, not sure with 223) does it get darker. Using genuine toner? Also I have replaced a few toner motor gears for light copies on that model. Remove the toner hopper assy and look at the toner motor under exit cover.

OEM toner or replacement toner used?
Does drum have damage on rear side?

I've had no noise and no codes with light copies on this model. I thought the same thing, why no code. Anyway it's easy to check
